5. Free and Premium Plans

The Service offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans ("Premium"). Premium plans unlock additional features as described on our website.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access to Premium features continues until the end of the billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding and all content provided by us, is owned by getmyliinks and protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the operator is domiciled.
